Activities and requirements

The daily tours take about 7 hours on day 2, 3 and 5. Day 4, 6 and 7 will be less demanding (2 to 4 hours of hiking). The starting dates of the tour are in spring and autumn - an ideal time of the year for doing trekking. You need walking equipment (good shoes, rucksack, flask and rain protection) as well as a normal state of good health.
